No. Web Scan 365 is completely agentless — there is no script, plugin or code change required. All monitoring works by requesting your site from the outside, exactly the way your visitors do.

We check your certificate daily and send reminders on a fixed ladder as expiry approaches: 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before, and on the day of expiry. Each threshold triggers exactly one reminder, and when you renew the certificate the ladder resets automatically for the next cycle.
No. Domain expiry dates are read directly from the public domain registry via RDAP (the modern successor to WHOIS), so we never need your registrar credentials. You get the same escalating reminder ladder as SSL: 30, 14, 7, 3, 1 days and day-of expiry.
SSL certificate and domain expiry monitoring are included on the Starter plan and above. The Free plan covers uptime monitoring only.
Daily scans cover five areas: defacement (your page content changing drastically versus a learned baseline), malware and SEO spam injection (malicious scripts, hidden iframes, spam links), exposed secrets (API keys and tokens leaked in your JavaScript), vulnerable JavaScript libraries (outdated versions of jQuery, Angular and others with known CVEs), and security headers, which we grade from A to F.
Once per day for every monitor that has security scanning enabled. Findings are deduplicated, so you're alerted when something new appears — not spammed daily about the same issue.
You get an alert with the severity (critical, high, medium or low) and full details of what was detected. From the dashboard you can acknowledge or dismiss findings, and for defacement detection you can rebaseline after making legitimate changes to your site.
No. A scan is a single lightweight page fetch plus analysis of your public JavaScript files — comparable to one visitor loading your page once a day. We never probe, fuzz or send unusual traffic to your site.
The full daily security scan suite (defacement, malware, secrets, vulnerable libraries and header grading) is available on the Pro plan and above, and can be toggled per monitor.
Depending on your plan, alerts can be delivered via email, SMS, Telegram, WhatsApp and push notifications. Free includes email; Starter adds SMS and Telegram; Pro and Agency unlock every channel. You choose channels per monitor, so critical sites can page you while side projects just email.
